YES, our modules can hold large household furniture.AMS conducts extensive research and uses the same size timber modules as renowned national and international logistics experts and removalists. Each module is spacious enough to accommodate your white goods, lounges, beds, wall units and other household items up to two rooms’ worth of furniture depending on their bulk. Our experienced team will help you determine the number of modules you need whether you’re storing a small volume or a full household. AMS is happy to deliver an extra module beyond your estimated requirements and you’ll only be charged for it if you use it.

To maximise space, place heavier items at the bottom and fill gaps with smaller items. Protect furniture surfaces with packing blankets and pack as high as possible. Using consistent-sized boxes packed full will also help. AMS can supply cartons, tape, packing paper, bubble wrap, moving blankets and accessories like padlocks if needed. They can also arrange for professional removalists to pack and load your belongings at a reduced rate.

Having packed your belongings into storage modules for AMS to securely store in our facilities under video surveillance is great. However, unforeseen events can happen so just like at home, we recommend taking out competitive insurance cover.Your belongings are automatically insured during transit on our vehicle.

Storage fees apply on a ‘calendar month’ basis from the day of module delivery until you’ve finished unpacking. The initial payment, due before your delivery date, covers your first month. Subsequent payments are due by the billing date each month. To save money, AMS offers prepayment discounts for 6 or 12-month advance payments. Keeping your account up to date is easy with flexible payment options including Direct Deposit and Automatic Credit Card Deductions.

There are no hidden fees or bonds. AMS quotations cover the first month’s rental for your storage module(s). We’ll provide loan padlocks to secure them throughout your storage period. These are free if you return them intact. Currently, we’re running a special offer: five packing blankets per storage module at no charge. These blankets protect your furniture. For your convenience, AMS also sells book and tea chest cartons and other packing materials like bubble wrap butcher paper tape mattress bags and more to help you pack. We recommend clients insure their belongings during storage. If you need to re-deliver your module(s) just give us a call and we’ll arrange a suitable date.

AMS accepts MasterCard, Visa or Direct Deposit payments for booking your modules and ordering packaging. You can also make future monthly or other chosen periodic storage payments via Credit Card or Direct Deposit into the AMS bank account. Details of this account are on your Tax Invoice issued in advance of the due date. Alternatively, you can pay by Telephone Credit Card, Money Order or Cash.For convenience, you can set up automatic periodic payments through recurring Credit Card Deduction Authority or Direct Credit Funds Transfer. AMS doesn’t charge any surcharge for using MasterCard or Visa.

YES, with two business days’ notice.You can schedule access to your module(s) by contacting our office on 1300 000 267. This access is available at our facility and will be arranged to ensure your module is located and set up safely for you to access within the two-day notice period.

We’d prefer someone to be on-site for delivery. Please be present at the time of delivery and available by phone or mobile during the delivery and collection times.

Australian Mobile Storage modules will be available for delivery from the next day. However booking your delivery earlier increases the likelihood of receiving them exactly when needed.

No pressure – load and unload at your own pace.Australian Mobile Storage lets you pack your mobile storage modules whenever you’re ready. Simply give us a call when you’re ready for them to be relocated or stored.

Australian Mobile Storage can arrange specialist packing and unpacking services, as well as loading and unloading your module(s). Our friendly team can provide full details on request.

Our eco-friendly mobile storage modules are engineered for full construction from recycled timber. This timber is temperature-change resistant and allows the contents to breathe. Delivered with weatherproof covers, your goods are protected both at your location and during transit.

Only you have the key to your own modules stored in our secure facility. This facility is also equipped with 24/7 video camera surveillance. AMS recommends that you insure your belongings under a Contents Insurance Cover policy, just like you would at home.
